Happy Wednesday!

Hope you're all having a great week. We are getting into mid week with a whole lot of feelings today. Have you heard Lorde's new-ish song, "Liability." It's been on repeat for me today, and I am feeling my 17-year-old self in it. Honestly, I am feeling my 34-year-old self in it. If you haven't had the pleasure of this song yet, I recommend checking it out.

Lorde sings about being "a little much" for people, which is something that a lot of women have hear before. We hear all the time that we are too emotional, too angry, too ambitious, too intense, too feeling, too fill-in-the-blank. It's garbage.

So, to start off the week right, know that you aren't "too much" of anything. You are amazing, and badass and wonderful, and when people say you are too much, it usually means they don't feel like they are enough.

Go get em, and listen to Lorde along the way.
